Pens, pencils and paper have been with us in some form or another for thousands of years. They've helped us build cities and cars, discover atoms and galaxies, compose stories and music. They've travelled with us around the world, up into space and deep into the ocean. These objects are part of our lives. They are constant companions that help us to think, create and innovate. When we use objects that not only function well but are also beautiful to use, ideas flow and life is improved a little bit. And, somehow, these ordinary objects allow us to become something more.
